I have lived to see all my grandchildren come into this world, just when I think it is all over I find that there is another on the way.     I appreciate everyone's and espeically your input about the peg. It showed me it isn't always like the patients I used to care for. I just got out of the hospital, as I got the flu that's filling ER's and hospitals in my area. Yes, I had the flu shot. Doesn't seem to cover the type that's going around here. I also got virul pneumonia along with it. My pneumonia shot is still active. I have never been so sick for so long. I'm home now, but  I'm still having difficulty eating and drinking. Nothing tastes good, and it's a little painful going down. I'm drinking enough water, but my stomach is uncomfortable, I bloat and feel too full. The coughing has lessened tremendously, but I still feel awful, I'm weak, and a little unsteady on my feet. I have to take care of myself, and just walking to the bathroom is draining. Finished up antibiotics today. It's a little scarey.
