Those DREADED scans!

Hi ladies,

Tomorrow (29th) I have my dreaded 3 month scans.  Every scan since Dec. 2013 has been showing disease progression.  I have been on irinotecan for 3 months.  My dr. says we have more reason to hope, since this drug came back as one beneficial on the test.  (Where they re-construct the tumors, can't remember what it's called.)

 

This has been the toughest drug I have been on.  My dr. will call me with the results either late Thursday or sometime Friday.

AS usual, I am a nervous wreck.  How do we reduce this scanxiety?  I know most experience it.
