    very interesting

    I've been taking Vitamin D for a few years now, but my naturopath doc says not to take too much.  I'm taking 5000 IU morning and night.  I think his concern was it can be hard on your kidneys.  You should also test your bllod for Vitamin D, there's a sweet spot to hit between 75 and 100.  I'm taking lots of supplements, I believe it helps.  Traci
