O.T. getting another opion on my BAD Arthiritis in hands Monday

I have had sugery on both hands, wear special clothes/ wrist supports etc..2nd dr handed me pain killers....said ntohing i can do..first dr i have gone to for year same thing...

 

I have colitis so the pain killers not an option though he gave them to me

 

New Dr monday / does infustions...we'll see

    Pain in hands

    Hi wanted to share my exsperiance with hand pain.I had Chemo 5 yrs. ago.radiation then took arimedex 5 yrs.I had joint pain so horrible.i was getting shots in my hands.I went for nerve testing.Long story short I stopped taking Cholestrol meds. And feel like a different person.I have little pain in hands.But nothing like I used to.It pays to check side effects of other meds.good luck to you.

    well The new Dr said the same

    well The new Dr said the same thing as the other two I have seen..

    I hvae to live with it..nothing I can do...

     

    I can't really take pain meds since I have ulcertive COLITIS (22 yrs now) she she gave me a script for pain gel for my kncukles. I have to pick it up today and try it.
