    That I don't know

That I don't know but some of the others might that have had it. You might ask your Dr about taling meds for Osteoporosis. They will build bone density up. I have had to take it because of Osteoporosis. Funny all the adds are for women, but over 20% of men have it as well.

    Hyperbarics

Sorry can't answer that but I believe it is more beneficial to restore healthy tissue than bone.  Just guessing. Your doctor should be able to give you an answer.

    Radionnucrosis

What you have is radionucrosis. Bone damage as a result of radiation treatment.

You will find a lot of people on this site that have had problems post radiation me include. Four years after treatment I had two Jaw teeth come loose on the side I received the most radiation for tonsil cancer. Usually they use pre and post hyberbaric chamber treatment to restore blood flow to the bone and capillaries. I had 30 before surgery and 10 after surgery. The surgery was to remmove two jaw teeth and debried the dead bone. I haven't had any further problems in the last five years.

Sorry you are experiencing this after so many years. I would suggest you locate an oral surgeon experienced in the treatment of oral cancers.

    Best wishes.
