Well...it's ceiling fan time again....UPDATE

I'm kind of patting myself on the back for managing to keep away from the ceiling until Saturday, instead of getting up there 2 weeks early .

Anyway....all positive thoughts and prayers are welcome.  I have my scan tomorrow at 10:30.....go to the Onc's office on Thursday to get the results.

I'm glad to hear you do your scan and get your results in two days. Little close to the holidays but I think enough of a safe zone. :-)

ALWAYS....make me feel better!  Not to worry Matt, I can park this skinny butt on one blade .  Maybe by next time, I'll be able to get through the scan and only report after it's done???  Ya think?  Nah.....baby steps....

The Oncologist called me tonight just so I could crawl off my one blade left of the ceiling fan.  Another NED!  Ok, I'm almost 2 1/2 years out of treatment.  I going to ask to not get scanned until August....when I'll be 3 years out....and almost on medicare (but not quite....insurance can pay it ).

I already did a dance in the kitchen.....and will go and do another one, I think.

Thank you. You are an inspiration to me. I am two months after chemo and radiation, which I breezed through compared to these weeks of recovery. Sore throat, no appetite, lost 30lbs., everyone telling me to eat! I'm fretting already about my first post-treatment scan and endoscopy in two weeks. Now you've shown me it's normal to feel this way. Thank you!
