For what it is worth...
Seen this and thought I would pass it along.

Not surprising...
I think exercise, or at least activity, helps with healing. My dad is 89 and exercises everyday. His health has been excellent until recently (his bp is getting higher as he gets older). He has a stationary bike and insists on biking everyday. My brother, on the other hand, is very sedentary and watches TV all day long. He won't exercise and no matter what he's told, he refuses to get up and go. The doctors have told him that losing weight and exercise would be beneficial to his health, but "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink it." We have tried everything.
Anyway, I think activity is good for the mind and body!
