Turp/Bladder spasms
Anyone know how to keep these spasms away after Turp procedure? I have been told it is caused by room temp or cooler saline solution they pump thru the patient. This was told to me by a nurse who worked in an urologists office. Going to ask the nurses to wrap the bags in warm towels to see if this helps. Also told Dr he will do a better job on pain control my DH was shaking practically off the table and a Loritab didn't do it, nor did a codeine suppository. If one doesn't stay ahead of the pain, once you are so far into it stronger stuff is needed. He had RP and had no spasms afterward, he has heard horror stories from other men, and now he knows. Any suggestions is appreciated.
