Leukine

In March of 2014 I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Melanoma. After surgery and the biopsy it was changed to Stage 3 melanoma. Lymphnodes removed during second surgery and now I am taking Leukine 14days on and 14days off.

I am entering the 3rd round of shots. The first round went smoothly except for the first shot and the irritation at the injection site. The second round again first shot was horrible and the irritation at the injection site was misserable; however the aches, pains and tiredness seemed to stick around. I am a little nervouse about the 3rd round of shots. Is there anyone out there that can tell me a little about their experience with Leukine? This is the only medication I am taking. No radiation or chemo. Any input would be appreciated.
