MEDULLARY THYROID CANCER

I have been enduring this cancer for just over 3 years and two surgeries and yet still have a rise in Casltonin numbers. Anybody else having issues finding out any new stats on MTC and where I am in the process. My doc says he wants to do these tests and a week later no answers or calls. I wonder any other people over 50 still learning about this type of cancer?
