I am lucky that I joined this forum site and to meet new people with the same interest.

I hope that we are doing all good here and coping up with what loss we are facing right now.

Just be strong and hold on, never give up. Sooon.. it will end.

    Coping

    I have been given a recurrence chance of 20% on my breast cancer and am having a hard time keeping it off my mind and functionin. Having trouble sleeping, or caring about anything else in my life. How do you learn to enjoy life and not obsess about it recurring?

    I equate the worry I

    I equate the worry I experience to PTSD. I have had a bad case of it. Whenever I have a pain, etc., I think the cancer has come back in a new spot!  Every time I watch someone on TV, especially children, tell their cancer story I break down.  I relive my doctor's words all the time. I feel your pain.

    Yes it difficult to get away

    Yes it difficult to get away from the fear that creeps up on me off and on. My work n keeping busy helps but sometime the thought enter my mind!!! But we keep plodding on n look to God for strength.

    My lingering side effects are a constant reminder of what I went through in 2014 to 2015. But I know if it wasn't for God I would not be here.
