Update
Well, I have been having a bit of a rough time. After the stent placements, I went the next am for a laprascopic biopsy. My gut did not take another procedure at all well. Lots of nausea, vomiting and pain.
The surgeon finally went up (over recommended dosages) on my nausea meds and made me take them around the clock. Today is the first day in over a week that I have taken anything by mouth. Nausea is getting much better and I was able to shower, walk and check in here.
The surgeon wants to send me home as soon as I am eating. Hoping to accomplish that asap. I am expecting the final biopsy report back this week and I am anxious to get to my onc and start something!
Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement! Friday was a true low for me, but I am regaining strength now and ready to smack the beast again!

Glad you re feeling somewhat better.
You have been through so much in such a short time, topping years of fighting this. My mantra the last year has benn plain and simple, HOPE! Your stamina is amazing Eileen, it is your willingness and spirit to keep fighting and always looking forward that is so inspiring, especially knowing how horrible you are feeling.
Will keep the prayers and positive thoughts coming your way.
(((( Now it is your turn to feel the HUGS))))
