Surgery Tomorrow Morning

I'm to be at the hospital at 8:00 a.m. so I'm thinking that surgery will be about 10:30 - 11:00. They said they would have me sitting in a chair that afternoon so hopefull I'll be able to get on my computer and let you know that everything went well. Of course today on the web there was an article about problems with surgeries and guess which one it was - yup - hip replacement and blood clots. Geez wish I'd just stay off reading articles like that. Always seems that there was a plane crash right before I'd fly someplace too. While I'm sure I'll do fine but it makes me nervous. Also, I'm hoping that they aren't going to want to keep me there until I have a bowel movement because that will probably be a week. Daily I'll go and go and go, but my entire system shuts down for a week after surgery. That is one of the first things I'll ask before the surgery, along with the blood clot issues. Thank you for your continued prayers, good vibes, and sunshiny thoughts .
Hugs! Kim
