spindle cell sarcoma
I've just been diagnosed with spindle cell sarcoma in my left lung. Its the size of a goofball. This will be my 3rd time. The first was on my face and spread to my left lung. It was a very small nodule and both were fixed with chemotherapy. 2yrs later it came back on my face. Surgery without chemotherapy or radiation. This time its in my lung. I have to wait until Oct 13th for my first appointment and I was diagnosed 2wks ago. I don't have ins so I have to go through the hospitals free treatment program. I didn't pay much attention but now I have 2 tender spots on my left leg. They only hurt if bumped. I went to the ER and they think its a nerve. I'm not convinced. The first two bouts with cancer, I never felt sick. This time around I do. I'm tired and constantly feel like a cold is coming on. Has anyone ever dealt with something like this? Everything I read about it on the internet is grim.
