How to cope with Taxol and Cisplatin ( for IV and IP Chemo )

Cope
I had this for frontline chemo treatment. Day 1 chest port IV taxol, day 2 IP port cisplatin &day8 IP port cisplatin.
Its rough but you can do it! Make sure you stay hydrated! I did t want to drink much. I had a home health agency come to my house after chemo each round and give me fluids through my port . otherwise I would have become dehydrated.
i also become constipated. i would take the softgels a day or so befor chemo and whole on chemo to help. Also, took probiotics for this.
wish you the very best! Let us know how it goes.
