When I looked at it the first time, I thought.....damn, is this going to be like eating a teaspoon of Crisco???? YUK!!! But it's not! It tastes good, it's very light, and doesn't seem "greasy" at all.....very different stuff that what you might expect.

of people here who have had Erbitux.....I wasn't one, but maybe start a new thread on it.
I got my coconut oil at the health food store.....it comes in a jar and looks like crisco, until you get it on the spoon, then you can tell it's much lighter.

Many Asian dishes, especially Thai dishes use plenty of coconut milk and cream that contains plenty of coconut solids. Can't think of a better way to injest your dose of coconut oil.
went to vitamin shop bought 2 jars at $13.00 per jar. Was not bad at all diction said up to 4 teaspoons per day.

Many of you know of the problems I had with my bowels well for the last month it is like I am normal. I do one teaspoon in all 3 meals every day, I don’t know if it is because of the coconut oil or not, I also had to cut back using as much MiraLax, from a cap full to a small teaspoon, and I am feel really good. I guess it is because I am getting rid of all the waste my body uses to store up in side. I am going to stay on it for a while and see what happens. My Wife gets it at Sams I am not sure what she is paying for it but I don’t think it is too bad.
