Neobladder aftercare in Thailand

I have a friend who wants to visit Thailand next month, and has asked about hospitals that can provide aftercare for neo bladders in needed.

 

Can anyone recommend a hospital in Thailand that is up to speed on this procedure and would know how to deal with any problems that might prent during the trip?
