Affinitor

Anyone on affinitor or have taken it in the past?.   Faslodex did not work for me so they are switching me to affinitor and aromasin.  As always, scared about side effects. 

If you had really bad side effects, don't tell me !!!

    I didn't have any problems at

    I didn't have any problems at all with affinitor, but I was only on it a few months.  My markers were improving, but then we found the liver mets and that biopsy changed my therapy to taxotere, herceptin and perjeta.

    I may take affinitor again, if the herceptin/perjeta stop working.  Hope your course goes as well as mine did!  Hugs!

    I started with tamoxifen in June 2013 when it was diagnosed as stage 4 Breast cancer with mets in lungs and lymph nodes.. Then switched to femara from ocotber13 till now .. Been stable for long..now it shows a mild progressions and new lymph mets.. Onco feel switching to Affinitor and exemestane will help.. Please share feedback and tips.. I'm scared it's like a chemo medicine? With so many side effects?
