Got the results
Saw the doc yesterday, seems that there are a total of 3 areas involved now, she ordered a PET to see if there are more that didnt show up on the CAT scan, she told me that i have 2 options now, rads and chemo like i had the first time which will hand my behind to me again. The rads have a chance of causing raditation pnuemonia, due to the tumors being so close to my lung, i think i may go with the chemo, i know what to expect with chemo and be prepared if that makes sense. With rads im going into the twilight zone so to speak. Will have to get a biopsy of the tumors with a procedure similiar to a bronchoscopy, but will be done thru the esophagus instead, which i am not looking forward to. The bone biopsy is a cake walk compared to the other. Well thats all i have for now, will post when i have results from PET scan.

Sorry
Dang Chris, very sorry.
I guess the most we can hope for at this point is that the chemo is fully successful this time. I have read a lot of accounts here in which people got permanent remission on the second or third go round. I hope some chime in for you .

So sorryjimwins said:I'm just glad you have a good support. I know this is difficult for you both. You know we're all here and hoping for the best. I keep praying for the researchers, their progress is a big hope. Also check out Ibrutinib, not sure your type but it is in trials for all relapsed B types and supposedly being released for certain cases.
