Osteosarcoma metastasized to lungs... what now?

My husband was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in September 2013, he endured 6 rounds of intensive chemo before his hemipelvectomy April 2014. Now, only three months later, there are multiple nodes showing up on both lungs. Can anyone offer any guidance on what we may be facing on this next journey?
