My CT Scanning is good

in Head and Neck Cancer #1

This morning i saw my doctor and the CT scanning is well. Nasopharyngeal part is good and no cancer indicator. I am doing the biopsy and next tuesday i will get the results. In addition, i have submitted the appointment to MD Anderson Cancer Center for further confirmation. thanks for all your bless.

    That's good to hear.

    That is good the CT was negitave. Hope the biopsy turns out clean as well. We'll keep our fingers crossed and prayers as well. I know it is hard but you need to think positive, and get attitude as well.  I have a good feeling this will come out just fine.

    When my local doctors all told me my NPC was back a 4th time in 2009 I gave up, my wife told me we are going to get a second opinion and went to MDA in Houston. My doctor there is Dr Hanna and he did a PET & MRI and said man you have a lot of problem but one of them is NOT cancer. Wow we could not believe it, why was all the doctors here telling me my cancer was back and MDA saying its Not Cancer. All I can say I love MDA I am still alive so they were right. Needless to said my locals doctors disagreed with MDA findings and wanted me back on Chemo, Had to fired all of them and get new doctors. NPC 12 years and still going.

    Hondo, it is right i should select good doctor to make sure what happen on me. MDA is a great place to do right things so that i have made the appointment. I heard here some local doctors have no more experience in NPC, so sometimes they make wrong diagnosis. You are so positive that i believe NPC will be gone from me. I will keep updates for my results.

    congrats on the great news from the CT!  saying a prayer that the biopsy shows the same thing, NO CANCER!!

    I do not know if it is good news

    Thanks for your care. I have updated me biopsy result. Doc did not get correct tissue on my node since the swollen node is small.
