    You're so very welcome! The Best is yet to come- I'm bursting with joy! I can't wait to see all of you Saturday. The train ride will be fun for me. The last time I took a train was as a small child coming from Long Island NY, to CA.

    But....  I live in Florida so just can't make it.    I did live in California once............way  Pre BC  ............lived in San Mateo, CA south of SFO and dearly loved it but that was about 40 years ago  LOL    We will all expect to read many posts about this fun meeting of all of you gals.   Have a Great Gathering **

    Constance, Vicki Sam is in Mexico, but she plans to make it - if she can get through customs...lol.  I hope one more can sneak in?!  She asked me to RSVP.

    TRAINS!!!! TRAINS!!!!!  I just visited my local Metrolink station to get a feel for Saturday's adventure to San Juan Capistrano....I am soooooooo excited!!!

     

    I have ridden trains in Europe, but this is my first time on Metrolink!  Thank you, dear Constance, for making this possible!!!!

     

    We arrive a bit early (about 11am)...so may take a stroll around....see you at lunch!!!!!

     

    (BTW, because it is a Saturday, the 'weekend day pass' is active.....for the whole day, round trip, it will only cost us $10 each!!!)

    Planes, trains, and automobiles

    I will be on Amtrak 768 from Chatsworth arriving 11:00ish.  I'm looking forward to this excursion as well.  I just have a couple of questions for Constance.  Have we set up an escrow account for making bail?  Has a documentary film maker been tapped to record when CSN sisters go wild?  I am personally rather fond of Ken Burns.  

    And Traci, thank you for updating your photo...it will make picking you out of a line up after you get an unfortunate face tattoo in Tijuana simpler.

    Maybe we need a separate

    Maybe we need a separate train car?  Or we might get put off along the tracks?  Lol. I am actually not sure if we are coming by train or car. Wendy was talking about the train, so I think that is what we are doing. I can't wait!!!!!!

    Wow- I am excited!!!!!

     

     

    I am jumping with joy right now. We will be on the same arriving train Saturday #768 arriving at 11am. I will start in Oxnard at 7:42am. I have the returning train #785 at 5:30pm.  When you see the train pulling into Chatsworth, I will be the one with the huge smile on my face.

    If you're arriving early on Amtrak/Metrolink...

    Trace and I are driving down early on Saturday to wander around Mission San Juan Capistrano before we meet.  The mission is a short walk from the train station, and has such beautiful gardens (http://www.missionsjc.com/).  So, those of you who arrive early, feel free to come on over and join us!

    HELLO .. SISTER'S IN PINK

    I am back on U.S. soil --- to us  2 and  1/2 hours to get thru Customs --  what an ordeals --   We had no problems getting into Mexico, getting back to the United States was another story --- 

    Holding myself together until Sunday --    See you all soon.
