Well just finished my scans were a CT and a PET scan today.I know that I have a small lump that we biopsied with a needle and found SCC again,Just need to see where the primary is,And that's the scanxiety part now the wait starts again for about 5 to 7 days,Hate the wait.

The wait is the hardest

Very sorry to hear SCC is back. The wait is the hardest part of this. I hope they can find the primary and get you soon back to NED again. Will Pray........

damn, I HATE this disease. 

damn, I HATE this disease.  I'm so sorry you must fight again.  I'm praying you are strong and that tx goes smoothly.  i hope the time passes quickly and the primary is found and the plan put in place.  I will be praying for you catfish.  i'll be on the sidelines cheering for you.  please keep us posted on your results and progress.

I can't believe they wait so

I can't believe they wait so long after scan? I pray they find the primary and you get back to NED soon. Praying for comfort too.

Waiting is hell....

or at least for me, that's the only thing I can equate it to.  The scan is done, tho.....and they are right on it (unlike the first go round, huh?).....Sending prayers they find it and you get rid of this beast once and for all!!

Catfish, Will be thinking of you. I am sorry you have to wait so long for your results. That is just torture. I just had to wait a week for the results of an ultrasound so I do know how difficult that wait is. Positive thoughts being sent your way. I was an unknown primary when i went into treatment.

SCC three times for me and NED right now. Sorry you have to wait so long for scan results. Stay positive.
