Thinking of you, Candi....
I am an idiot....I thought today was Friday (this is what retirement has done to me...I don't know what day it is!!).....But at least you know I'm thinking of you, even on a Tues....
It is Tues, isn't it?

I ended up in ER Thursday so kind of got a "sneak peek" for scan results. On Tuesday my cheek & lower lip swelled and were huge. Stayed in bed 2 days, called ONC and was told to go to ER. I kept thinking, if this is a tumor, surely they don't grow this fast. Dx was cellulitus. They did a CT w/contrast even though I was having a PET the next day. CT results said "stable post tx change with no evidence of recurrent or metastic disease".
No word back yet on offical PET results but filled with optomism!
Thanks for caring. Will keep you posted when I get PET results. Antibiotics are reducing cheek swelling.
Prayers for your results Phrannie and hugs to all.

something that can be dealt with....not fun, but doesn't call for deadly force to get rid of it. Keeping up with the prayers and the positive thoughts on the PET results....
