Welcome
Welcome everyone. I recently completed radiation and chemo for mouth cancer, stage 3. Has anyone rung the bell of completion??
My hospital does not have that program so I improvised!
I hope everyone is doing well. Feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions. Now the waiting period for before the PETScan to see what may or hopefjully may not be lingering.

Hi Bruce,
Welcome to the H&N forum, glad you found us.
When I finished, they let me keep my mask, but I have a bell at home I ring when someone crosses the finish line.
I will now ring my bell for you.
Matt
Thanks Matt

Hi Bruce
Like Matt said Welcome to CSN H&N you found the right place to be. I am an old salty better known as a old Seaman and I also have an old Ship Bell in my office and ring the dong out of it at times. I was very lucky that through all my treatment both times my company let me work, sometimes I would come in and just lay down on my desk, someone would walk over and close the door and wake me up when it was time to go home. I have a lot of Old Ship stuff I keep in my office at work and my office at home but the Ship Bell is the one part that stands out because it makes the most noise.
Hope you plan to stay
