I downloaded java and chat is still not working go figure.....................................

    Did you set the security in java?

    You need to go into your control panel

    java or java (32) if on a 64 bit operating system

    Click on the security tab

    In the exception list add these 2 lines for chat to work

    http://chat.cancer.org:81

    http://csn.cancer.org

    Then you need to close your browser and then try the chat again.

    The other thing is don't use Internet Explorer 11.  Chat doesn't work with this version.  I have tested it with Firefox and Chrome.
