Verdict is in on the PET/CT results

in Head and Neck Cancer #1

A week or so ago the PET/CT scan was questionable.  R/O thought it lit up due to muscle inflamation.  Sent disk and written report to Vandy surgeon and he called while I was on vacation last week and said, "It is inflamation."  Yippee I am going with that!  

Been out of touch as we went to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and did not get mauled by a bear or trampled by a buffalo, life is good.

    Life is very good!

    Beautiful area (Grand Tetons and Yellowstone).  Glad that no bears got you!  Really glad to hear inflamation.  Funny, anything but cancer and we are happy, happy, happy.

    PJ, great news!   Glad the wildlife were behaving themselves while you visited!     Feeling normal and being able to do stuff like that is a great feeling isn't it?

    Great news for you.  Have been to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons twice and just love it.  Everyone needs to go there and see it.

    Great news!

    I suspect your body is still healing just 6 months after surgery. Sure glad it is clear.
