Air Bubble from Biopsy?

Has anyone heard of or had an MRI show an Air Bubble post surgery? My husband tumore has responded well to MTX and shrank to 3ml but they see annair bubble. Top surgeons are meeting Sunday to discuss. Curiousnif anyone here had this what trestment was followed?
