Just a quick Hello
I'm 5 weeks out from a total knee replacement , all is going well, PT 3 days a week...since my office is quite a drive away my surgeon only wants me to go in 2 days a week for 4 hours each day, the other days I work from home. I started back to Crossfit today, baby steps , mostly upper body, I forgot how amped I get working out .. life is good . I hope you are all well , the old timers and the newbies.
Blessings of light and peace to each and everyone of you.

Linda, got a few mates who have had new knees largely due to a lifetime of playing soccer. I have been amazed atvhow quickly they have got mobility back. Almost seems miraculous. Good Luck, G
