Changing Tamoxifen

I would like to know has anyone ever had to remain on tamoxifen after a second reocurrance of cancer in their breast?

I would like to change my medicine because my breast cancer came back while taking tamoxifen. My Oncologyist thinks I need to contiune taking tamoxifen due to the fact that I am not menoplausal. My Oncologyist conducted a hormonal test on me. He later informed me that tamoxifen is the only cancer medicine I can take because of my non- menoplausal status.

    I took tamoxifen for complete

    I took tamoxifen for complete 5 yrs (2 lumpectomies one time caner) I did have hystertomy due to the MED....(3 yrs ago)
