How have people felt on topotecan?

in Ovarian Cancer #1

Just returned from my oncologist's office.  I was on a regiment of carbo/taxol.  Was being premedicated before each treatment due to a carbo reaction.  Advice is to stop carbo for now and try topotecan.  Anyone out there on this and how is it going?

    I took topotecan for three

    I took topotecan for three months.  Unforunately it did not work for me.  However, I found it very easy to tolerate.  No hair loss.  Only minor fatigue.  Best wishes to you!  :)
