Doing Fine
Thank you for inquiring about me, CC and Vicki Sam. I on another cycle of Taxol, this week will be #2. Due to an oncoming Blizzard that was to drop us 14 inches of snow, I cancelled my oncologist appointment and treatment. I had my treatment 2 days later, so I am off schedule. We only had 2 inches of snow and I wonder how NOOA was so wrong. I see the oncologist Wednesday and have my treatment on Thursday.
Other than fatigue I am OK. I am loosing my hair also. Lost it last spring and over the summer it grew back, no a whole lot but enough to comb. It was getting to long in the back and I was thinking of a haircut. Suddenly, it started coming out again. I asked the chemo nurse and she did not know.
Still praying CC that you will have perfect weather on your daughter's wedding day.
Thanks for thinking of me.

Hi Doris,
So happy to hear that you are doing fine. Sorry I have not been posting lately, but I have not been on my iPad much. Golf season is in full swing down here in Florida. Playing golf keeps all the cancer demons out of my head so I try and play as much as possible. i joined the woman's golf league and actually won the club championship. It was a personal goal to prove to myself that I will not let cancer define who I am any more.
I hope you have a beautiful Spring up where you live. The winter has not been kind to the northeast for sure. It seems that everything feels a little better once the snow goes away and the flowers start to bloom. Living in Florida the past few years has actually made me feel emotionally and physically better.
Again Doris, I am so happy that you are doing well. You and so many other ladies on this site have been my inspiration to get off my butt and start living again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have my life back!
Hugs,
Ginny
