My mom died, Friday, March 21. She had been in pain for a very long time. So, it is great to know she is free of the pain. She was surrounded by her loved ones as she passed in her sleep. She was 71. I have a sister with significant disabilities, now I am her guardian.  Dad died in 2009.

Please accept my deepest condolences over the passing of your beloved mom.  May the good memories of your mom help to sustain you and your family during this very difficult time.  I too will become the legal guardian of my sister (who is developmentally disabled) once my parents pass.  Wishing you the best as you take on the guardianship of your sister.

My sister

My sister will turn 47 in June.  At 53, I'm the oldest of three.  My brother is 51 and luckily lives in the area too.
