My new pound puppy, whom I have had for about a month, has been diagnosed with IMHA which is kind of a doggie lukemia.  Poor prognosis..  Secondary to ticks.  all eight pounds of her.  She was soooo matted she could barely potty, 2 pounds of hair and matts removed and at least a hundred ticks.  She is so very sweet and most likely will not live long.  Cancer is so cruel...

    Lorikat, I am so very sorry to hear this.  I can certainly understand your sadness, being a pet-owner myself.  You are right, there is nothing kind about cancer--it is a cruel disease.  Please know that I am thinking of you and your beloved dog.

    My little Maggie Mae is in doggie heaven...  She started having seizures....  i miss her...

    Sorry to hear your news. 

    Our little friends bring us so much joy, the downside being that their lifespan is comparatively short, & poor Maggie Mae gone to doggy heaven way too soon.
