stomach and peritoneal mets

I have stage V1 bowel cancer with mets to the stomach, peritoneum and a lymph node in the chest area. I am now experiencing awful indegestion/acid reflux which i have never had before. I am worried the stomach cancer is causing this and is getting worse. Has anyone else experienced this ? I am also on chemotherapy. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
