Radiation over

Update - hubby completed 38 radiation sessions on March 3.  It went well with very minimal side effects.  His PSA prior to radiation was 40.  After radiation it is 0.1.  The urologist was pretty impressed.  He sees the radiation oncologist next week sometime.

So, we remove forward with follow-up PSAs and hormone therapy at least for the near future.

Thank you all for your support. I'll check in on you all as we continue to navigate this journey.

    Lower PSA

Glad to know about the decrease of PSA. I can't recall details of the radiation protocol but the hormonal portion in the combo is doing its job perfectly as seen by the drop in PSA. Best wishes for full recovery and that the PSA keeps this level at the end of HT.
