Yes, that's what I have learned also, that your muscles etc need coq10 and statins deplete your body of them. So yes I still take Co Q 10 and probably always will.I am trying to exercise more and eat more salmon. I even have it for breakfast sometimes, and of course take fish oil too. I don't think it has any effect on the cholesterol, but I'm sure that it helped with the muscle situation, but also getting off of statins helped too of course but the coq10 helps to build-up the muscles, I think. I am not suggesting anyone get off of statins though it's just my personal decision. Becky
