Is this a bad time to discuss how to handle treatment sessions in inclement weather?

I just thought I would bring this out to our attention! My mom would stay in a hotel near the place where she would get her treatments.

    Hey Ketz,

I was just reading about the issues that Atlanta has been having with the unexpected snowfall and hoping that you didn't get stuck in all of that traffic yesterday. But I can't help you with your question since us Northerners frequently drive around in lots of snow, so that was never a problem.  :)

Sending you warm thoughts from frigid New Hampshire!!  :)   (And just keep repeating - "Spring will be here soon...Spring will be here soon....")   ;)

    All my best,

    Cynthia

    300 miles

I had a 300 mile round trip for my treatments and loathed the days it would snow. Even though I live in desert Nevada, the winters are long and sometimes (but not so far this year) vrey bad.

My husband would drive me to and from the big city and we did go  day early and stay over night in order to miss some of the bad travel days. Other than that it was off into the snow, with prayers headed Heavenward.

Good luck with getting your mum to and from her treatments.

    Be safe!

    I've been getting treatments

I've been getting treatments in Illinois. It's a day of flying for me. The cold sensitivity is the only real issue i have but bundling up like nanook of the north helps that. The downside is the look at u a little funny when you enter the airport in a ski mask with everything covered and sunglasses.
