Pancreatic cancer which involves the Superior Mesenteric Vein

My husand has been told he has pancreatic cancer on Nov 1, 2013.   The tumor involves the Superior Mesenteric Vein.   He has been through 4 rounds of Chemo and is on a clinical trial with fluorouracil [5-FU], leucovorin, irinotecan and oxaliplatin.   Mass Gen Hospital would like him to start 4 more rounds.  If the vien was not involved, they could start radiation and remove the tumor.

We live in New Hampshire. We are looking for the following information:

- Knowledged of experience with pancreatic cancer which involves the Superior Mesenteric Vein

- Is there a hospital that specializes is procedure with pancreatic cancer which involves the Superior Mesenteric Vein?

- What is the top pancreatic cancer hospital in the US?  Eastern coast or other places

               -  Name of doctore that knows of specialized treatments for pancreatic cancer which involves the Superior Mesenteric Vein
