23 year old Colon Cancer survivor about to start chemo

Hey everyone I am about to start chemo after having surgery about 6 weeks ago. I have Paranoid Schizophrenia, PTSD, Psychopathic Personality Disorder, and Major Depression.  I was doing research on chemo and came across a medication called Decadron,  everything I read on it said that it could have bad psychistric effects.  At this point I do not know what all medications that are going to be used ( my first appointment with my oncologist is tomorrow ) but I was wondering if due to my conditions if this drug should be refused. I am not worried about chemo it is the psychiatric effects that I am worried about. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
