six years next week

tomorrow I have a mammo and surgeons appointment just made me realize its bern six years  next week I found out I had cancer. Anyone want to jump on the punk bus at8:30 tomorrow?     Denis e

that bus into a zoo in no time!!!

Two years yesterday

Congrats!

Two years yesterday (January 5) since I was told I had breast cancer. Things are good. I am always encouraged when I see the number of good years piling up, whether it be 6 or it be 25-30.  It is a reminder that there is indeed hope.

desertgirl-I was never TOLD cancer oddly..my dr called me and said NO good but NOT bad you have DCIS call a surgeon.

I looked up on line and first word that popped up was CANCER!

Wow!  No one from the ob/gyn

Wow!  No one from the ob/gyn office called me to say I ought to have someone with me at THAT appointment.  So, I heard it on my own.  I did all right with it, though.  (It is a longer story than I care to type.)
