    I toasted in the New Year

    I toasted in the New Year with a Dirty Banana AND a Jamaica Smiles, and a smidge of champagne.  Have been so busy and walking so much that I finished the evening off with ginger ale and a couple of pain pills. The shot in my hip does not seem to have worked at all.  Hurts worse now than before, but I will be letting my old hip joints soak in the warm Jamaican waters tomorrow while we all go snorkeling and then take a soak in the hot tub.  Daughter got married today and it was a beautiful wedding, in a perfect place, with wonderful people added to our family now.  Yay! 2014 has GOT to be better than 2012 and 2013 were.

    I thought I would recycle this Happy Ned Year greeting from 2 years ago. And by the way a Merry Christmas and Happy Chanuka to all as well. For all the bowl games we usually have a bean dip excluding one special bean which I shall never eat again.
