Scans on Thursday

I have my CT and PET scan on Thursday.  I went to the oncologist this morning that I used in 2007 (and have been seeing regularly). He schedued the scans - I should know by the end of the week where I stand.

So, now I can enjoy Christmas, instead of waiting for a call.  Except for the food part.  I still can't eat.  But, I did make oyster stew for my husband and son!

    Phrannie was just saying how easy oysters slide down.

    Good luck on the scans, I’ll be hoping for the best.

    that this has been caught EARLY!  Sending prayers and positive thoughts that the scan results surprise you in a good way....

    Had Scan

    SHowed activity at the cancer site and one nearby lymph node.  Sounds like we caught it pretty early.

    It sounds like caught early. Hopefully, you can rid yourself of it quickly. Have they set a plan yet?
