Jaw clenching?
Hi All- Just a quick question. I have not been online in a while, and am praying for a 5 yr clean scan in 2014. Meanwhile, I am clenching my teeth, causing my TMJ to act up. I have taken different medications to no avail. I think it is stress, as I have a lot going on, but was wondering if anyone else has experinced this. I realize my Ex has not sent support in a month, my children( old) have not contacted me,moving to a new place, and it is the Season to be jolly! Bah Humbug! Any input would be great. Sleeping is fine,as I am an open mouth sleeper. I know - TMI! At least I get some relief while sleeping! Thanks & God bless!
Love & Prayers
Patty

Open Mouth Sleeper...
LOL, I know there's a joke to be had there...
Hey Patty girl... Shelley has TMJ issues.., shoot her a FB message and maybe she can give you some suggestions on what has and hasn't worked with her.
I'm sure that contract on the ex is up for renewal...

jaw problem
Patty,
It sounds like you got a few stressors (which I am sorry about) but it is your good sleeping, open mouth breathing I am interested in. I’ve got my pillow cases on constant rotation from all the good sleep, open mouth breathing, slobbering (those darn Xylimelts).
Really you don’t read like a clencher, but certainly stress is often the main culprit. Here’s hoping for a Christmas miracle for you.

Well stress is probably the main cause. However Jim does that clenching too. Outwardly he seems calm. He also has teeth issues so that may cause it as well. Does your state not make them pay through the courts? Here in Florida they do. If they don't pay they garnish their wages.
Praying all works out and that those children contact you for Christmas.

Thanks for not making a joke on that one, as I left myself wide open for you humor! Uh oh! Think I have done it again! Lol! Yes, I think the Ex needs to be put down. Thinking he is doing this so I will contact him. Not going to happen. I will pursue it through the Court support system. Thanks John.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I had his wages garnished, but he quit/lost his job, so that ended, and so did my insurance. What a gem I married! Ha ha ha! I am praying they contact me, because everytime I made plans with my daughter, she would cancel at the last minute. I could not handle the disappointment anymore. I am praying also, as God has always answered my prayers. God bless you both!
