Thoracic lung surgeon

in Colorectal Cancer #1

I had been contemplating surgery on the 3 tumors in lung  this is the only mets I've had in three years. Today I found out my surgeon, who I had so much confidence in has been diagnosed with MS.  Very sad for him and his fam.   Does anyone know of top surgeon in Australia or USA ??

    I had excellent surgeons associated with St Joseph's Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich. Sucessful lung nodule removal July 31st, this year.

    I have had 4 thoracic

    I have had 4 thoracic surgeries at Stanford and they have all been great. Each time they take a little out and leave what looks good. It has been 6 years for me after stage 4 dx with mets to liver and lungs

    I live in Australia so if I can find one here would prob be way to go. They have said the operations ate big and risky, as all obviously are,  how was yours

    I have heard we are getting a new Thoracic surgeon here in Australia. Dr Matthew cooper.  Anyone heard of him.  i believe he is from the USA.?
