"Cleaning For A Reason" is a nonprofit organization offering free professional house cleanings to women undergoing cancer treatment. As a nonprofit serving the entire United States and Canada, they partner with maid services to help women undergoing treatment for cancer. Don't let all pink signage on their web-site fool you, it's for women with ANY type of cancer. Service is available in most urban areas and you can find the nearest provider on their web-site. To apply you need a note from your physician confirming that you are in treatment.

    Thanks, Alexandra

What a terrific service!  We all know how treatment can wipe you out.  I am fortunate to have a husband who is my housekeeper, chauffeur, cook, and everything else rolled into one, but there must be scores of women who can benefit from this organization.
