Yes
Greta sent me an e-mail about a week ago saying that a survey was coming. I received the survey this morning, filled it out, but I had so many phone calls that I think my time ran out--not sure is survey went through. The questions related to what we are going through and support, emotions. I think it is ok.

Greta..
She's awesome, I actually have met her last year at ACS...
I too received it, she's good to go, no worries on anything from her.
DJ, I copied you and Greta and I'm sure she will send you another in the AM, if not, shoot me another PM and I'll forward you the email that I received. I'm sure it's not person specific...
BTW, Greta is the main and I think only mod, administrator and all around top dog for CSN... You can check her profile for her BIO...

I already filled out my survey last night. Greta is our "go to" person for any issues in this group. This is one of the many things she does for us behind the scenes.
The questions are all about the type of support we have received either from this site or from others. I think the more replies they get the better so they can justify keeping the site up.
so vote early and often !!! as we say in Chicago.

Is that correct? It seemed to be some sort of input for academic purposes, not to justify CSN. I elected to not participate based on my understanding of the description. Maybe someone can clarify if the main purpose is to validate the need and use of CSN.

Filled it out yesterday...
Hi all:
I filled out the survey yesterday. Questions basically about our state of health, how often we use the site, what we expect from the site, and the quality of the help and guidance. I was slightly disappointed that there weren't more questions about the usability - but I believe there are several more rounds of surveys to come.
I give them a thumbs up for offering the survey and looking for our opinions. I think though that on some questions, there should also have been a box that we could fill in to provide some broader context for our answers.

The survey will ask if you are the one with cancer or a caregiver. Go ahead and fill it out for yourself.
