Radiation

Has anyone had experiences with radiation.  What was it like and are there any side effects.  Depending on the results of my biopsy if my cancer has reoccured, my Doctor is talking either more chemo or radiation.

    Brachy

I only had bracytherapy.   It was 3 HDR (high-dose radiation).   No big deal.  It is kind of embarrassing at first, though, because it is an internal radiation and they have to "fit" you with the right applicator.    I wasn't able to have pelvic radiation because I scar too much and the scarring would have been more of a risk to me at that time than not getting radiation.
