Prayers requested for family members UPDATE

Please pray for my sister, Rita, she has tumors in the lining of her uterus which they think are fibroid but can't have surgery because she had a stroke in April. She is bleeding and cramping. I think the blood thinners are making it worse. Also I ask for prayers for our oldest daughter, Vicki, who was a district manager for Blockbuster. They called everyone in and let them go, without notice or severence pay. Pray she finds a job soon. She just purchased a home 6 months ago. Her youngest son also works for them and will be layed off in 3 weeks.

tHEY DID A PROCEDURE ON MY SISTER MONDAY TO REMOVE A LARGE FIBOID, HOPING TO RELIEVE HER UNTIL SHE IS 1 YEAR OUT FROM HER STROKE. DAUGHTER AND GRANDSON STILL LOOKING FOR WORK.

The old saying when it rains it pours.  For your sister, prayers for lessening pain !  Have they done an ultrasound to confirm fibrioids ?  Those are nasty and hurt like he*** !  I'm so sorry they can't address this issue for her with a intervention.  I heard on the news about the blockbuster closings.  Your daughter sounds like she is very employable....with the management skills, that's a very big plus !  Being out of work this time of year with a new home....uff dah !  I will keep them all in my prayers and only good thoughts coming always !  Hugs sent !  Katie
