Walking in honor and memory tonight
Hey everyone
just wanted to drop by and check in. For those that don't know me I am in remission from DLBCL. After 11 rounds of chemo and an auto trans I have been living life without cancer for almost a year and half!!! Tonight I will be walking in the leukemia lymphoma society light the night event. I will walk as a survivor and in memory of my dad who died of leukemia. I will also be walking and thinking of all the wonderful people who I met on this fantastic site. This site and many of you are such wonderful sources of inspiration and strength. Thank you
mike

Thanks...
Hi Mike,
Thanks for thinking of us. I hope your weather will be nice for the walk. It's pretty chilly here in the evening and one would need a warm coat for walking. Glad to hear all is well with you...same here for me, doing great. Wear comfy shoes! Sue
